Affirming space for kink exploration, identity, and relational freedom

What Is Kink-Affirming Therapy?

Kink and BDSM practices are deeply personal, creative, and often misunderstood. In therapy, they can be spaces of healing, intimacy, and discovery. Kink-affirming therapy welcomes your experiences without judgment—whether you’re exploring power exchange, roleplay, fetish, or erotic identity.

As a queer, multi-racial therapist in training through the Sexual Health Alliance toward AASECT Sex Therapy Certification, I offer trauma-informed, consent-centered care for individuals and relationships navigating kink, identity, and pleasure.

Common Topics We Can Explore Together:

  • Kink exploration and consent-based practices
  • Power dynamics, D/s relationships, and boundary setting
  • Aftercare, drop, and emotional regulation
  • Shame resilience and reclaiming erotic expression
  • Identity and role-based play
  • Integration of kink with trauma work or healing narratives

No Shame. Just Support.

My approach draws from EMDR, Liberation Psychology, Affirmative CBT, and narrative work, always with an awareness of how systems of oppression—including cissexism, racism, ableism, and classism—can shape your relationship to your body and identity. I hold space for grief, rage, joy, ambivalence, and celebration.

Who I Work With:

  • Individuals exploring kink, fetish, and fantasy with intention
  • Partners navigating consent, mismatched desires, or negotiation
  • Queer, trans, and BIPOC clients seeking affirming sexual health support
  • People working through shame, trauma, or past relational wounds within kink frameworks
