A Note on Diagnosis

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to work with me. Whether you’re self-diagnosed, questioning, or have a long-standing label that doesn’t feel quite right — your lived experience is valid. I provide affirming therapy for all neurodivergent identities, including late-discovered or self-identified clients.
