Relationships, Connection, and Growth
Healthy relationships are not about perfection — they’re about repair, trust, and communication. I support couples, polycules, families, and individuals navigating complex relational dynamics, building resilience, and deepening intimacy.
Relationship Therapy for All Structures
Relationships come in many forms — from traditional couples to open partnerships and chosen families. Whether you’re navigating new territory or healing old wounds, therapy provides a safe and affirming space for growth.

Working with Polycules, Families, and Chosen Systems
Relationship therapy at Konnected Therapy recognizes that support networks often extend beyond traditional couples. I work with polycules, families, and chosen systems to help them communicate, manage boundaries, and nurture trust.
This approach blends family systems thinking with a deep respect for autonomy, consent, and identity diversity — so every member feels heard and valued.
Sexual Health & Training
In addition to relationship therapy, I am currently in training with the Sexual Health Alliance to become an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. This training allows me to integrate evidence-based approaches to sexual health, intimacy, and communication with trauma-informed and identity-affirming care.
Whether you’re seeking to improve communication around sex, explore desire differences, or navigate sexual shame, therapy offers a nonjudgmental space to do that work safely.
My Approach to Relationship Therapy
I combine relational, systemic, and attachment-focused methods with an affirming lens on culture, neurodivergence, and queerness. Sessions are collaborative, gentle, and tailored to your goals. Together, we’ll identify patterns, strengthen empathy, and build tools for more resilient connection.
